  • How long is the program?
    Driving Pursuits lessons are structured as 6-month programs. Each program includes twelve sessions, with 1 1/2 hours of personalized golf instruction followed by 30 minutes of mentorship and networking. It's a great way to enhance your golf skills and connections.
  • What's included in the program fee?
    The program fee of $1,800 per program covers all aspects of your training. This includes personalized golf instruction, facility and pro fees, a Driving Pursuits KC swag bag, cocktails and appetizers at the end of every session, and several professional development training sessions per season provided by our partners, Catalyst Development.
  • Do I need to own golf clubs to participate?
    We have some loaner clubs for participants who don't have their own equipment, but it’s a good idea to get a starter set of clubs to play with, or borrow a friend's!
  • I'm a total beginner. Is Driving Pursuits okay for me?
    Absolutely! Driving Pursuits KC is designed to accommodate golfers of all skill levels, including beginners. Our experienced instructors tailor their guidance to meet your specific needs, so you can build a strong foundation in golf.
  • Are there opportunities to play golf with fellow members outside of lessons?
    Yes, we encourage networking and camaraderie among our members. You'll have opportunities to play golf with fellow members outside of formal lessons and events. You will also be assigned a mentor who will encourage you to get on the course and play with others.
  • How does golf tie into professional development?
    Golf plays a significant role in professional development by fostering skills such as leadership, communication, and strategic thinking. Our programs integrate these aspects, helping you excel in both your career and on the golf course.
  • What are the specific leadership lessons learned through golf?
    Golf itself teaches can teach leadership skills like decision-making, resilience, and adaptability. These skills are transferable to the business world and can help you become a more effective leader.
