Michelle Hill is a Lead Client Accountable Executive for Oracle Health, formally Cerner Corporation. Oracle Health offers the most secure and reliable healthcare solutions, which connect clinical, operational, and financial data to improve care and advance decision-making around health and well-being. Michelle has worked in healthcare IT for 12 years at Cerner, now Oracle, in various roles in implementation consulting, sales support, and client advocacy functions. In her current role as a Client Accountable Executive, Michelle manages the overall relationship for two strategic health systems including business development and road mapping, serving as the escalation point for issues requiring executive attention, maintaining oversight of all Oracle Health-client engagements, and responsibility for client success and satisfaction.

Michelle was born and raised in the Kansas City area and attended the University of Kansas where she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in French language. She also earned her Master of Business Administration at the University of Kansas. During her undergraduate and graduate studies, Michelle studied abroad in France, Italy, and China. She spent a year in France during graduate school attending a French business school and worked as an intern at a French pharmaceutical company.

Michelle took up golf during grad school in preparation for an MBA alumni tournament when, in the previous year, no women had participated. One month before the tournament, Michelle opted to take lessons so she would be somewhat prepared. She has not looked back since and enjoys playing golf when she has time to spare. Much of her time is spent with her husband, Andrew, and two daughters, Harper (5) and Sloane (2). Michelle is excited to enhance her golf game and grow her network of fellow female professionals and golfers.
