Lindsey Murphy
ECCO Select
Lindsey Murphy is the Vice President of Operations and Delivery at ECCO Select, an award-winning IT solutions firm headquartered in
Kansas City, MO. In her current role, Lindsey is responsible for driving ECCO Select’s Federal Business Development by building key relationships, pursuing competitive bid opportunities, and
enhancing the company pipeline for continued growth. She also
oversees ECCO Select’s marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and grow the nationwide footprint across several industries and platforms.
Lindsey has been with ECCO Select since 2019, and previously served as the company’s Director of People Operations. In this role,
Lindsey successfully designed, built, implemented, and managed the People Operations function. She collaborated with a variety of internal departments and oversaw the Consultant Delivery team that provides comprehensive support to over 450 consultants
nationwide across both Federal and Commercial customers. As a
result of her leadership, Lindsey and her teams have achieved the
following performance metrics over this period: 30% increase in social media reach and engagement, 20% increase in employment
satisfaction ratings (via Glassdoor and Indeed), $10M of new customer business, and $8M of organic customer growth.
Prior working at ECCO Select, Lindsey served in a variety of project
management roles. Lindsey started her career at an executive
healthcare talent augmentation organization, where she was responsible for the candidate progression and delivery for 50+
healthcare accounts. She later transitioned to a medical device, startup company where she acted in several roles, including Human Resources, Marketing, Inventory and Supply Chain, and Product
Development. In her last position, Lindsey worked at an IT software company and was primarily responsible for maintaining and
building new client portfolios, as well as customer engagement and support.
Lindsey is highly active in several volunteer and philanthropic efforts. She is a Big for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Kansas City, a member of the Newhouse Gala Committee and YMCA People's Council Forum, and volunteers with Giving the Basics, Crosslines Community Outreach, and Newhouse.
Lindsey is currently part of the Centurions Leadership Program,
sponsored by the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce (Apex
Class of 2023). She received her Master’s Degree in Business
Administration from Baker University and Bachelor’s Degree from
the University of Missouri.
